The Australian Export Grains Innovation Centre (AEGIC) recently completed a study of South East Asian (SEA) markets’ wheat quality requirements. The key findings from the study, which was conducted with the Thai Flour Milling Industry, were discussed at the recent Australian Wheat Technical Seminar in Bangkok.

The outcome of this study will help the Australian wheat industry better meet the needs of Thai consumers. Continued efforts by AEGIC and the Australian wheat industry will ensure Thai users can benefit from versatility in wheat end use applications by using Australian wheat.
